This website is run by WERKSBERNA Ventures Ltd, trading as WERKSBERNA Studios, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17184230), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of any personal information described here. You can reach us at contact@werksberna.com.
02What this website collects
Nothing directly. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no forms. Its fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.
03Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's servers process technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address and browser type, so that the page can be delivered and the service kept secure. Netlify explains how it handles this in its privacy policy.
04If you email us
If you write to us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and deal with what you've asked. We keep the conversation for as long as that takes and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then delete it. Our email is provided by Proton, whose handling is set out in its privacy policy.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
05Our apps
Any app we publish has its own privacy notice, linked from its store listing. This notice covers this website only.
06Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it
